Registrations for the ENT World Congress 2017 will be open soon and will be made online via the congress website.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration.

The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines above; otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

The registration to the ENT World Congress includes:

  • Admission to the Congress, all the sessions and exhibition area except the courses that require a pre-registration
  • Admission to the opening and closing ceremonies
  • Admission to the welcoming Cocktail
  • The possibility to purchase a ticket for the Networking event
  • Admission to the lunch symposia
  • Coffee breaks
  • The documents of the congress (final programme, congress bag, nominative badge)
  • Certificate of attendance which will be sent by email after the Congress

Late registrations will close on June 21st, 2017 at 23:59 (GMT + 1.00).

*During your registration, please add the proof below :

  • Emerging countries, other professions, Invited country : ID card or passport
  • Fellow / resident : a proof of your age (ID card or passport) AND a proof of status (letter from head of department or certificate of education, in English or in French).
  • Autres professions : a proof of status (letter from head of department, in English or in French).

SFORL MEMBER REGISTRATION

 

If you are a member of the SFORL and if your memberships of the 4 previous years 2014-2015-2016-2017 are duly paid, you will benefit from a free registration.

If you are a new member of the SFORL, you will benefit from a preferential registration rate of 100€ (then 150€ from March 5 to June 23 and 200€ onsite).

In this both cases, an email has been sent to you on February 13th, with a special link to register as member (free registration or preferential rate).

FELLOWS / RESIDENTS REGISTRATION

 

If you are a fellow or resident and under 40 years or 40 years old in 2017 the year of the Congress, you will benefit from the preferential rate.

A photocopy of your passport (or your ID card) and a proof of status (letter from head of department or certificate of attendance, in English or in French) will be necessary to benefit from this rate.

Without any of these documents, the « doctor » category will automatically apply. You will be able to upload them during the registration process or send your documents by email to the attention of Mélanie Lueder : contact@ifosparis2017.org.

PAYMENT

 

Payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations received without payment will not be processed nor confirmed.

1. Credits cards

Registration fees may be paid by credit card only through the secure online registration system (VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit card will be accepted).

Your credit card transaction will be processed through Colloquium Paris.

Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment to «17IFOS- CLQ».

2. Bank wire transfer

The payment by wire transfer has to be done 15 days after your online registration to confirm your participation. In order to identify your payment, please mention the reference number(s) of the registration(s). You can also send us the proof of payment by email: contact@ifosparis2017.org with the name of the participant(s) and the reference number(s).

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

 

Receipt of your registration form and credit card payment will directly be acknowledged by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact: contact@ifosparis2017.org

INVOICE

 

Invoice will be sent by email in pdf to all the participants.
You will be able to upload your invoice after the registration. Please note that the invoice cannot be changed, so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information (company name, address and VAT number if applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before November 30th 2016: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid. With no payment received before cancellation, this amount will still remain due.

From December 1st 2016: no refund. With no payment received before that date, the total amount will still remain due to the Congress office.

All refunds will be issued after the congress. Requests will not be accepted after the August 1st 2017.

 

NAME CHANGE

 

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate another person.
